Recruitment Procedure

Once our client has identified their requirement for staff, the following formalities are to be followed.

Demand Letter
This is to be typed on the clients letterhead's listing categories and number of staff required, salary and other terms and conditions being offered.

Power of Attorney
A power of Attorney is to be given to Heena International to enable them to advertise, interview and pre – select candidates.

Authorisation for Saudi Consulate
An E – VAKALA is required through ENJAZ website for Saudi consulate Mumbai or Saudi embassy New Delhi authorizing us for stamping the visas.
